About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Export Head to lead and build our International Business Development office in Ahmedabad.

This is a build-and-grow leadership role with end-to-end ownership of international business, including market expansion, revenue and gross profit growth, team leadership, buyer development, commercial strategy and market-driven product development.

The role will lead international business across the GCC, Africa, Europe, CIS, Americas and APAC, with responsibility for building a scalable export sales engine and establishing solid long-term relationships with international buyers, importers, distributors and project contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own international revenue,



gross profit and business growth across target geographies.
- Develop and execute international market strategy, including market prioritisation, entry and expansion plans.
- Lead, mentor and develop 2 International Business Development Managers, along with the lead generation and branding/social media teams.
- Build and scale the international sales team by identifying, hiring and onboarding additional resources as the business grows.
- Develop new international buyers, importers, distributors, dealers and project contractors and convert opportunities into business.
- Leverage existing market relationships and buyer networks to create immediate business opportunities.
- Work closely with the design/product team to develop collections, sizes, finishes and product offerings based on market demand and buyer feedback.
- Provide inputs on pricing, FOB/CIF structures and payment terms, including LC and DP,
