About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Presales professional to partner with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery teams, and technology practices to drive end-to-end presales activities.

The role will involve understanding customer business and technology challenges, developing solution propositions, preparing RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, creating proposals and presentations, and supporting customer discussions and solution workshops.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT Services / Digital Engineering / Product Engineering and be comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales teams to understand customer requirements, business objectives, and pain points.
- Lead requirement discovery, qualification, solutioning, and proposal development activities.
- Analyze and respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs,



and customer questionnaires.
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Engineering, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, and QA teams to develop appropriate technical solutions.
- Create compelling solution proposals, presentations, Statements of Work (SOWs), architecture diagrams, scope documents, and effort estimates.
- Develop solution approaches, delivery models, engagement models, assumptions, dependencies, and pricing inputs.
- Participate in customer calls, solution workshops, technical presentations, demonstrations, and executive briefings.
- Translate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions for non-technical stakeholders.
- Support Sales teams in developing differentiated value propositions and competitive positioning.
- Coordinate with delivery teams for effort estimation, resource planning, timelines, and feasibility validation.
