We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate / Wealth Management skilled to support client acquisition and relationship management activities. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of financial products, particularly mutual funds and investment solutions, along with good communication and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with prospective clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Understand clients’ financial requirements and investment objectives.
- Explain and promote suitable wealth management and mutual fund products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and support lead conversion.
- Assist in client onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Work towards assigned sales and business development targets.
- Stay updated on mutual funds, investment products and market developments.
- Coordinate with senior wealth management team members when required.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
