About ProV:

ProV is a rapid growing consumer brand in the dry fruits and healthy snacking space, with a presence across retail, e-commerce and emerging digital channels. As we scale, we are looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to build ProV
into a strong, differentiated and high-recall consumer brand.

This is a senior, high-ownership role responsible for
Brand, Digital, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content, Campaigns and Consumer Growth.

The Role

The Head of Marketing will own ProV's
overall marketing strategy and execution
, balancing long-term brand building with measurable business growth.

The ideal candidate is someone who can think like a
brand strategist

digital marketer

consumer behaviour
, and use data to make business decisions.

You will work closely with the Founder, Sales, Product and E-commerce teams to build the brand and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Own ProV's overall brand positioning, communication and marketing strategy.
- Develop annual,



quarterly and campaign-level marketing plans.
- Build strong brand differentiation, recall and consumer relevance.
- Develop campaigns around products, festivals, occasions and key consumption moments.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across packaging, digital, retail and other consumer touchpoints.

2. Digital & Performance Marketing
- Lead performance marketing across
Google, Meta, YouTube and other relevant platforms

- Develop acquisition, retargeting and conversion strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimise
CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rates

- Analyse campaign performance and continuously improve targeting, creatives and media allocation.
- Work with agencies/partners while maintaining strong internal ownership of strategy and performance.

3. Social Media, Content & Influencers
- Own ProV's social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
