- foster a positive and productive work environment for all farm workers
- oversee the daily operations of the farm, including planting, harvesting, and maintenance
- monitor and maintain the quality of crops and livestock
- develop and implement farm policies and procedures
- manage and maintain farm equipment and facilities
- analyze and manage the farm's budget and expenses
- communicate effectively with team members, management, and external parties
- ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines
- Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in farming
- Knowledge of agricultural practices and procedures
- Ability to operate and maintain farm equipment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate a team of workers
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports related to farm operations

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹135,000.00 per month
