We are looking for a skilled and experienced JRProject Cordinator with expertise in civil works to oversee and manage construction operations. The selected candidate will report directly to the Chairman and will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of projects, managing teams, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Experience in the construction or real estate industry is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in daily site activities and coordination.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other site staff.
- Follow up on work progress and pending activities as instructed by the PM.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports, site records, documents, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and maintain the PM's daily activity/calendar.
- Take meeting notes and follow up on assigned action points.
- Assist in preparing basic reports, presentations, letters, and Excel sheets.
- Maintain project-related files, drawings, approvals, and other documents.
- Coordinate communication between the PM and various departments/site teams.




- Track important deadlines, material requirements, and pending issues.
- Handle basic administrative and PA-related tasks for the Project Manager.
- Ensure instructions given by the PM are communicated to the concerned team and followed up.
- Perform other project coordination and administrative duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in construction/project coordination is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain records and follow up on tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
