Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Web Publishing Manager with 35 years of hands-on expertise in CoreM edia CMS to oversee content deployment, lead a team of digital publishers, and maintain seamless client communications. In this role, you will bridge technical publishing operations with strategy—ensuring high quality standards, managing campaign deliverables, and optimizing CMS workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- CoreMedia & Technical Leadership: Provide technical support and guidance to the publishing team on CoreMedia (and secondary platforms like Contentful, AEM, or Drupal). Proactively research recent CMS features, tool editions, and publishing best practices to implement across the team.
- Campaign & Delivery Management: Oversee end-to-end client deliverables, ensuring all publishing tasks align with client campaign calendars and turnaround timelines.
- Quality Control & Live Audits: Enforce rigorous pre-deployment QC and conduct post-deployment production checks to ensure flawless site layout, functionality,



and brand alignment.
- Team Management & Operations: Lead and mentor a team of content publishers. Track operational metrics, resource utilization, and productivity to produce insightful weekly reports and executive presentations.
- Content Strategy & Industry Trends: Research industry trends and target audience behaviors to recommend fresh content ideas. Leverage data insights to refine future publishing strategy.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, proactive, and professional communication with clients and cross-functional teams.

Technical & Critical Competencies
- CMS Expertise: 3–5 years of deep hands-on experience in CoreMedia CMS and web publishing. Exposure to other enterprise CMS platforms (Contentful, AEM, Drupal) is a strong plus.
- Analytics & SEO: Good working knowledge of SEO publishing best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics/Omniture/SiteCatalyst).
