About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing: Lead end-to-end hiring for teaching, administrative, and operational staff.
- Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Independently manage monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and strict adherence to PF, ESIC, and labor regulations.
- Employee Lifecycle:



Oversee seamless onboarding, documentation, leave management, performance monitoring, and exit processes.
