We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee the complete garment manufacturing operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and timely production.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day factory operations including production, quality, manpower, and workflow

Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve daily and monthly targets

Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, cutting, production, finishing, and dispatch teams

Ensure production efficiency, productivity, and optimum machine utilization

Monitor quality standards and ensure timely corrective actions for production issues

Manage manpower allocation, attendance, discipline, and workforce productivity

Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to reduce production delays and wastage

Coordinate with fabric, trims, printing, washing, and other external vendors when required

Monitor production costs, wastage, rework, and overall factory efficiency

Ensure compliance with factory SOPs, safety standards, and buyer requirements





Conduct regular production reviews and report performance, issues, and requirements to management

Drive continuous improvement in production processes, quality, and operational efficiency

Candidate Requirements

8–15 years of experience in garment manufacturing, preferably knitwear

Strong knowledge of garment production processes from cutting to finishing

Experience managing production teams and factory operations

Good understanding of quality control, production planning, and factory efficiency

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-management skills

Ability to handle multiple production orders and meet strict deadlines

Valuable communication and coordination skills

Experience working with export/domestic garment brands will be an advantage

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
