Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous, empathetic, and driven Senior Associate, People Success, to join our People Success team.





This role offers an chance to make a sustained impact by supporting and scaling our global People Operations function. You will play a critical role across three key operational pillars: leading end-to-end India payroll, compliance, and core operations, facilitating US payroll operations and PEO/EOR processes, and serving as a trusted point of contact for employee grievances and advisory matters.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of HR processes, a solid operational mindset, and the ability to manage complex multi-country compliance frameworks in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

Working Hours:
Afternoon Shift (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST)

Prepare, facilitate, and execute end-to-end India payroll while managing statutory compliances, payroll audits, and regulatory filings to ensure complete accuracy and timeliness.
