Role Description
The Area Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Raipur. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned territory, managing and expanding the distributor and dealer network, and building strong relationships with trade partners and key customers.



The Area Sales Manager will regularly visit market areas to track performance, collect feedback, and identify new business opportunities for piping and household product lines. Daily activities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring competitor activities, coordinating with marketing and supply chain teams, and preparing sales reports and forecasts. The role also involves guiding and supporting field sales staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, and promoting Paras Group’s product portfolio in the region.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in territory sales management, channel development, and dealer/distributor relationship management.
