We are looking for a
Gameplay Engineer
with strong
Unity and C#
skills who is excited about building XR gameplay and interaction systems while also understanding
performance, profiling, and real-time graphics
.

What You'll Do
- Develop
VR/AR/MR games and interactive experiences
using Unity and C#.
- Build gameplay systems, player interactions, mechanics, tools, and reusable components.
- Develop and optimize
XR interaction systems
for controllers and hand tracking.
- Work with
Meta Quest, Pico, Apple Vision Pro
, and other XR platforms.
- Profile and optimize
CPU, GPU, memory, rendering, and frame-time performance
.
- Use tools such as
Unity Profiler, Frame Debugger, RenderDoc
, and other graphics profiling/debugging tools.
- Analyze and optimize
draw calls, batching, texture usage, overdraw, GPU performance, and rendering bottlenecks
.
- Work with
shaders, materials, Shader Graph, and real-time rendering systems
.




- Integrate Unity
SDKs, packages, plugins, and third-party addons
.
- Debug technical issues and improve existing systems for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with artists and other developers to ensure gameplay, assets, and graphics perform efficiently on XR hardware.

Requirements
- Solid knowledge of
Unity and C#
.
- Experience developing games or interactive applications using Unity.
- Understanding of
VR/AR/MR/XR development
.
- Good understanding of
gameplay programming and interaction systems
.
- Familiarity with
CPU/GPU performance and real-time rendering
.
- Familiarity with tools such as
Unity Profiler, RenderDoc, and Frame Debugger
.
- Understanding of
shaders, materials, draw calls, batching, and graphics optimization
.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable C# code.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
- Experience developing for
Meta Quest, Pi
