? Hiring: Senior Salesforce QA Engineer – Banking Domain
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA professional with 7+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce testing, Banking/Financial Services domain, functional & performance testing, mobile/web testing, and test automation.
? Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end QA testing for Salesforce applications.
Design and execute functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT test scenarios.
Robust experience in Salesforce QA/testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related Salesforce platforms.
Conduct performance testing and analyze application performance.
Perform web/internet and mobile application testing.
Develop and maintain automation test scripts/frameworks.
Validate Salesforce integrations with external banking/financial applications and APIs.
Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot defects through the complete defect lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with developers, Salesforce administrators, business analysts, and product teams.
Contribute to QA strategy, test planning, estimation, and continuous improvement.
✅ Required Skills
7+ years of overall QA/testing experience, with strong hands-on Salesforce QA experience.
Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience.
Hands-on experience in Salesforce testing.
Strong knowledge of functional and performance testing.
Experience in mobile application and web/internet testing.
Strong experience with test automation and automation frameworks/tools.
Experience with API/integration testing.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or relevant QA certifications.
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
