We are hiring International Customer Support professionals with 1+ years of experience to join our customer service team across Bangalore, Mumbai, and Pune.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions through voice/customer support channels.
* Assist international customers with their queries, requests, and concerns.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
* Identify customer issues and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
* Follow defined processes, quality standards, and performance metrics.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
Eligibility & Requirements
* Minimum 1+ year of experience in International Customer Support / International BPO / International Voice Process.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Comfortable interacting with international customers.
* Willingness to work from office.
* Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
* Candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.
