Role Description




The Finance Research Intern will support investment and structuring activities through detailed financial and market analysis in a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Delhi Area. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and analyzing financial data on emerging companies, reviewing financial statements, and assisting in the preparation of investment memos and reports. The intern will help evaluate SME IPO and pre-IPO opportunities, support financial modeling, and contribute to research on capital market trends and regulatory developments. This role also involves assisting with the preparation of presentations and internal documentation for investment committees and stakeholders. The intern will collaborate with the investment team, maintain organized research databases, and support ongoing projects within the firm’s alternative investment and structured capital initiatives.
