Eminence Technology is actively looking for a HR Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, solid communication skills, and the ability to source and engage suitable candidates across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate and coordinate offers with selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
Required Skills
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Good knowledge of IT and non-IT recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview coordination.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
