Job Description – Designer

Reporting To: Department Head / Marketing Manager

Job Purpose

To create professional and visually appealing designs for the company’s marketing, branding, communication, product, and internal requirements while maintaining consistency with company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Create creative designs for brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Develop artwork and layouts as per business and departmental requirements.
- Design product-related promotional and communication materials.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, HR, and other departments for design requirements.
- Ensure all designs are accurate, professional, and aligned with company branding.
- Make necessary modifications and revisions based on feedback from management.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing vendors when required.
- Maintain proper records of design files, artwork, images, and source files.




- Ensure correct use of logos, fonts, images, colors, and other brand elements.
- Stay updated with current design trends and creative tools.
- Support management in preparing presentations, reports, and other visual communication materials.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned design projects.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information, product information, and artwork.
- Perform any other design-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Strong creativity and visual design skills.
- Valuable knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar design software.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into creative designs.
