Job Title: Google Ads Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns.
- Research keywords and identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize campaigns for leads and conversions.
- Track campaign performance and generate reports.
- Reduce CPC and improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with content/design teams for ad creatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of Google Ads experience.
- Practical knowledge of Search, Display and PMax campaigns.
- Ability to analyze campaign data.
- Good Excel/reporting skills.
- Robust problem-solving ability.
