Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Junior Social Media Associate to support the Social Media Executive in managing Framebazaar’s digital presence. The role will involve content ideation, social media management, shoot coordination, community engagement, and assisting with basic digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate fresh and engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing the monthly content calendar.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities including posts, Reels, Stories, comments, and DMs.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators for content requirements.
- Assist in photo shoots, video shoots, product shoots, and store shoots.
- Coordinate and organize creative assets, images, videos, and other content.
- Monitor social media trends, formats, and relevant content opportunities.
- Assist with basic paid promotions and social media campaigns.
- Track basic engagement and content performance and support monthly reporting.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely collection and execution of content.
- Support the Social Media Executive in maintaining a consistent brand image and communication style across platforms.

Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or a related field.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and current social media trends.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Positive eye for visual content and attention to detail.
- knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
- Energetic, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
