As a Solar Technician,

you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems. This entry‑level role is designed for freshers who are eager to build a career in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

Solar panel installation: Support senior technicians in mounting and wiring solar panels.

System testing: Help check electrical connections, performance, and safety compliance.

Maintenance tasks: Clean panels, inspect wiring, and report issues.

Documentation: Record installation details, service logs, and customer feedback.

Team support: Work closely with engineers and supervisors to learn industry practices.

Required Skills

Basic electrical knowledge (wiring, circuits, safety).





Mechanical aptitude for handling tools and equipment.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Physical fitness to work outdoors and at heights.

Communication skills to interact with team members and clients.

Qualifications

Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
