We are looking for a Plant Head – Operations to lead the overall operations of a die-casting manufacturing plant with end-to-end P&L; responsibility. The role will focus on driving operational excellence across production, quality, cost control, productivity, maintenance, and delivery, while ensuring profitability and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall P&L; and financial performance of the plant
- Production planning, productivity, capacity utilization and OEE
- Die-casting operations and manufacturing excellence
- Quality management and reduction of rejection/rework
- Cost optimization and operational efficiency
- Maintenance, process improvement and downtime reduction
- Delivery performance and customer satisfaction
- Team leadership and development
- Continuous improvement, Lean/TPM and process standardization
Required Experience
- 18–25+ years of experience in auto components with robust expertise in aluminium die casting (HPDC & GDC) and machining operations.
