Location: Hybrid Pan India Experience: 6+ Years Salary: Up to 33 LPA Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Helpdesk

Functional Consultant to lead and support Helpdesk implementations and configurations within Oracle Fusion HCM. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Fusion Helpdesk setup, workflows, and case management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Oracle HCM Helpdesk solutions.
- Verify and optimize Fusion Helpdesk implementation/configuration.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to design workflows, case categories, and escalation rules.
- Provide functional guidance, documentation, and training to end-users.
- Ensure seamless integration with other HCM modules (Core HR,



Payroll, Absence, Benefits).
- Troubleshoot issues, perform UAT, and support postproduction activities.
- Deliver client-facing workshops and ensure best practices in Helpdesk usage.

Skills Required:
- Solid expertise in Oracle HCM Helpdesk Functional.
- Hands-on experience with case management, SLA setup, and escalation rules.
- Knowledge of Fusion HCM integrations and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client engagement skills.
