Role Overview We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented person to manage, track, and optimize our network of astrologers. In this role, you will monitor daily consultation sessions, track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse user conversations and sales trends, and present technical performance reports to management on a daily basis. ​

Key Responsibilities:

​Daily Tracking & Monitoring: Monitor astrologer availability, online hours, session completion rates, wait times, and call/chat drop-offs. ​

KPI Reporting: Track and maintain daily operational KPIs, including astrologer conversion rates, average order value (AOV), user ratings, repeat consultation rates, and total revenue generated.

Quality & Conversation Audits: Review sample chat and call logs to ensure high service quality, compliance with platform guidelines, and optimal customer engagement.

​Data Presentation: Build, update, and maintain daily automated dashboards and spreadsheets; present actionable operational summaries to leadership every morning. ​

Astrologer Coordination:



Serve as the primary point of contact for astrologers regarding schedule alignment, query resolution, and performance feedback.

​Requirements & Skills ​Experience:

1–3 years of experience in operations, MIS reporting, data coordination, or quality analysis (experience in astrology platforms, ed-tech, or tele-consultation is a plus).

​Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas), with working knowledge of BI visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI) and CRM systems.

​Analytical Ability:
Strong numerical aptitude to spot sales patterns, session anomalies, and performance bottlenecks. ​

Communication
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional alignment and clear stakeholder presentations.
