About the Role

We are looking for a
Brand Strategist

who can turn consumer insights, culture and business objectives into strong brand ideas and actionable strategies. You will work closely with the
Brand, Creative, Content, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Product and E-commerce teams

to build a consistent and differentiated Beyoung brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute
brand and communication strategies

aligned with business goals.
- Own strategy for
campaigns, product launches, seasonal moments and brand initiatives

.
- Conduct
consumer, competitor, category and cultural research

to identify opportunities.
- Develop
consumer insights, audience personas, positioning and communication territories

.
- Create strategic briefs for Creative, Content, Social Media and Performance teams.
- Define
campaign thought, messaging, content pillars and communication frameworks

.
- Identify relevant
fashion, youth, social and cultural trends

and translate them into brand opportunities.
- Work with the Product and Marketing teams to build strong




product and category narratives

.
- Manage
influencer marketing communication and brand collaborations

across all relevant channels.
- Develop and execute
promotional activities for offline stores

, including store launches, local campaigns and on-ground activations.
- Ensure
consistent brand communication, voice and positioning

across all channels and platforms.
- Analyse campaign performance and consumer response to develop
actionable learnings and recommendations

.
- Continuously track competitors and emerging D2C/fashion brands to identify opportunities for differentiation.

What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience

in Brand Strategy, Advertising, Marketing, D2C, Fashion, E-commerce or a Creative/Strategy Agency.
- Solid understanding of
consumer behaviour, youth culture, fashion and digital media

- Excellent strategic thinking, storytelling and presentation skills.
