A Day in the Life
The Surgical Innovation Therapies portfolio partners with surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare providers to support patient care across general surgery and related specialties. The portfolio includes advanced surgical technologies and solutions across energy-based devices, stapling technologies, sutures, wound closure, and hernia repair. This commercial role focuses on driving portfolio adoption, strengthening customer partnerships, and identifying growth opportunities across a defined territory while collaborating with internal stakeholders to support business objectives.





This position is based in Bhubaneswar and is responsible for Western Odisha, including Cuttack and surrounding markets. The role is field-based and requires frequent travel across the assigned territory, with approximately 50% outstation travel to engage healthcare professionals, support product utilization, manage customer accounts, and drive portfolio growth.

The Territory Manager is responsible for achieving sales objectives across the Surgical Innovation Therapies portfolio within an assigned territory. This role partners with surgeons, operating theatre teams, procurement stakeholders, hospitals, and channel partners to drive product adoption, support clinical utilization, develop strategic customer relationships, and expand market presence across Western Odisha.
