Development & validation of Chassis parts (Steering) for Passenger Car.

Preferably from Passenger car or Auto component Design / manufacturing industry
- Should be conversant with Homologation requirements for Chassis parts.

Will be part of team responsible for Development of Steering parts for recent model development.

Finalizing steering system design.

Specification understanding for Steering system [C-EPS & Gear].

Layout and design finalization of Steering system.

Results interpretation and report preparation.

Supporting testing team for vehicle performance improvements.

Understanding of ride & handling parameters with actual vehicle feeling as driver & passenger is preferable

Should have adequate knowledge of Chassis parts Design, drawing, GT&T; controls, tolerance stack-up analysis, Statistical control, FTA analysis & CAD system. (UG NX/ UG Motion)

Hands on experience of UG.

Ability to suggest countermeasure for design improvement and cost/weight reductions.

Ability to understand the market/prototype failures and capable to analysis the failures.

Should have a passion for automobiles and should be aware of latest automotive trends in field of Chassis system.
