Seeking an experienced Workday Prism Developer to design develop and implement data integration and reporting solutions within the Workday platform
Job Description
Develop and maintain Workday Prism Analytics solutions to support business intelligence and reporting needs Collaborate with HR Finance and IT teams to gather and analyze data requirements Design and implement data transformations data models and dashboards using Workday Prism Ensure data accuracy consistency and security within Workday Prism environments Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and reporting Stay updated with the latest Workday Prism features and best practices to optimize solutions
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop test and deploy Workday Prism data integration and analytics solutions Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications Create and maintain documentation for data models reports and integration processes Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless data flow and reporting accuracy Monitor system performance and optimize data processing workflows Provide ongoing support and training to endusers on Workday Prism capabilities Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
