Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as an HR Executive – Recruitment. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals eager to

build a strong foundation in recruitment and talent acquisition. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience with hiring tools, platforms, and the entire end-to-end recruitment

process.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and internal databases.

· Screen resumes to identify suitable candidates and schedule interviews.

· Coordinate interview feedback and manage follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.





· Post and manage job listings on relevant platforms to attract talent.

· Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers to ensure accurate records.

· Provide support for onboarding and documentation processes for new hires.

Requirements

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or an equivalent field (MBA is a plus).

· Experience: 0–1 years in HR or recruitment; freshers are encouraged to apply.

· Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.

· Attributes: Demonstrates eagerness to learn and take initiative.

· Technical: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Work Ethic: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a quick-paced environment.
