Run a set of brand accounts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reddit

and X.

Cut short form video from an unlimited in-house content archive and post at

high volume, every day.

Read what performs and change what you do based on it, not on a fixed

calendar someone else set.

Report weekly on what grew and what died.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for people who have already grown social media accounts on

their own. Not agency work, not scheduling posts for a client. The accounts

you built yourself, from zero, because you wanted to.

If you have taken a page to 50k, 100k or 500k followers on your own, this

role is built for you.

Pay is not fixed to a band. If you can show us the numbers, we pay for what you bring.

What matters most to us:
- Proven growth on accounts you built yourself. This is what we screen on,

and we will check the numbers you give us.
- Rapid, high volume editing. Quantity and quality at the same time.
- You understand why a video works, not just how to cut one.
- Reliable daily output. This is not a project role.
