Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to researchers who have submitted papers or shown interest in conferences

● Convert leads into paid registrations for IFERP conferences

● Pitch author services including publication support, indexing assistance, and related services

● Handle international prospects across multiple time zones

● Follow up consistently to close deals within deadlines

● Maintain accurate CRM updates for calls, follow-ups, and conversions

● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

● Maintain a high conversion ratio from lead → prospect → registration

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Minimum 0 - 3 years of B2C sales experience.

● Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

● Excellent command of spoken English

● Immediate joiner preferred

● Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills

● Confident in handling international clients

● No mother tongue influence; clear and neutral accent





● International tele-sales experience

● Familiarity with CRM systems

● Experience dealing with researchers or professional clients

Preferred Skills

● Experience in Inside Sales, Academic Sales, EdTech Sales, or a customer-facing sales role.

● Experience in the EdTech industry is highly preferred.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills with persuasive ability.

● Comfortable handling high-volume follow-ups and target-driven environments.

● Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets usage.

● Goal-oriented, disciplined, and performance-focused.

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
