Job Summary:

AI Labs is hiring a Business Development Associate (BDA) to handle marketing and promotional activities from the office. The BDA will play a crucial role in lead generation, client communication, and digital marketing strategies to promote AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Client Outreach:

a. Identify and connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and social media.

b. Maintain a database of leads and follow up on potential opportunities.

2. Marketing & Promotional Activities:

a. Assist in creating marketing content for AI Labs packages.

b. Handle digital marketing campaigns, including social media promotions.

c. Develop email marketing strategies to nurture potential leads.

3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

a. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies.

b. Provide insights for improving AI Labs' sales and marketing strategies.

4. Collaboration with Sales Team:

a. Support the field sales team (BDEs) by coordinating meetings and providing lead insights.

Maintain records of client interactions and feedback.

5. Performance Reporting:

a. Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and marketing effectiveness.

b. Provide data-driven recommendations for business growth.

Eligibility Criteria:

· Education: BBA/MBA (Marketing/Sales) – Freshers accepted.

· Location: Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate.

Additional Details:

· Employment Type: Full time

· Working Hours: 9 AM - 6.30 PM (Monday - Friday)
