About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Client Engagement Executive to support our client communication and business engagement activities.
The role primarily involves calling assigned leads, communicating with clients, explaining our services, conducting regular follow-ups, scheduling meetings, maintaining communication records, and coordinating with the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact assigned leads and communicate with potential and existing clients through calls and follow-ups.
- Explain the company's services and solutions clearly and professionally.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them to the concerned internal team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups regarding discussions, requirements, and scheduled meetings.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the business team.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, calls, follow-ups, and meeting schedules.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Ensure professional communication and proper etiquette during client interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on client requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
