One of Indias largest distributors with 250+ brand partnerships and annual turnover of 6,500+ Crores is seeking a senior leader to build and scale its liquidation and recommerce business. With 400 Crores of inventory flowing annually into returns, excess, and end-of-life, this role is about capturing value end-to-endgrading, repairing, certifying, and reselling directly to consumers.

This is not a disposal desk. The mandate is to build a recommerce business that controls the entire chainfrom intake and grading to refurbishment and retail. The journey begins with downstream trading to establish buyer networks and pricing discipline, and evolves into refurbishment lines, consumer-facing stores, and online resale channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations: throughput, grading quality, inventory accuracy, dispatch, compliance
- Build and manage buyer networks across traders, resellers, B2B platforms,



export and auction channels
- Own P&L;: recovery %, cost to serve, inventory ageing, working capital, ROCE
- Ensure regulatory compliance: GST treatment, e-waste/EPR obligations, resale restrictions
- Build and lead teams across grading staff, buyers, coordinators, technicians, and store operations

Candidate Profile
- 10–18 years’ experience, with 5–6+ years in liquidation, recommerce, reverse logistics, or distressed inventory
- Proven leadership of high-volume physical operations with strict SLAs
- Experience building direct buyer channels from scratch
- Activatable buyer network in Bengaluru/South India within 60–90 days
- P&L; ownership including recovery economics and working capital
