Job Summary

Responsible for handling patient calls, appointment coordination, inquiries, complaints, and providing accurate information regarding hospital services while ensuring a qualified and positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, departments, and appointments.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Address patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback appropriately.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for patient requirements and service requests.
- Maintain accurate call and patient-related records in HIS/CRM systems.
- Prepare reports as assigned and maintain patient confidentiality.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Experience in healthcare,



hospital administration, customer service, or contact centre operations is preferred.
- Fluency in Kannada, Telugu, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in all four languages.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and listening skills.
- Good computer knowledge and basic MS Office skills.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and work under pressure.
- Professional, courteous, and patient-focused approach.

Working Conditions
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to support 24/7 contact centre operations as required.
- Strict adherence to punctuality, discipline, and patient confidentiality.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
