As a part of the GCC UK Air Quality team, the primary function and duties include:
- Assist Project Managers and Project Directors in fulfilling contracted project management obligations throughout the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion including opportunity governance and pricing, budget creation and change management and working capital management making effective contributions to project management processes, regardless of project scale or complexity.
- Manage and maintain accurate project data within Horizon and other project management systems.
- Supporting PM/PD with EAC updates, Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, progress reporting, project performance reviews, and financial insights to support effective decision-making and successful project delivery.
- Assist in developing, monitoring, and reporting on key performance metrics by applying tools and procedures that contribute to successful project delivery.
- Operate independently with minimal supervision by planning and prioritizing work to ensure scope of service obligations are met.
- Champion excellent health and safety practices to achieve secure, sustainable, and efficient outcomes that meet agreed objectives.
- Proactively identify and highlight threats to progress and scope of service obligations.
