Key Responsibilities:
- Handle transferred calls from web consultants and assist in closing website sales deals.
- Supervise and guide the outbound calling team working on website and digital marketing sales.
- Intervene in client conversations when required to negotiate and finalize deals.
- Monitor call performance and ensure quality communication with prospects.
- Support the team with sales strategies and objection handling during live calls.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an On-Call Supervisor / Senior Web Consultant in website or digital marketing sales.
- Robust experience in outbound calling and deal closing.
- Must have prior experience handling transferred calls and assisting team members in conversions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in the digital marketing / website selling industry is mandatory.
