Vamsiram Builders is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relations cum Sales Coordinator to manage client interactions, coordinate sales activities, and ensure a seamless customer experience at the prestigious Vamsiram Manhattan project. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a skilled approach to client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients, channel partners, and visitors.
- Manage front-office operations and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding inquiries, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records, visitor logs, and sales-related documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and property visits.
- Handle calls, emails, and customer queries professionally.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales reports.




- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain project-related information and assist customers throughout the sales process.
