About the Role

We are looking for Growth Marketing Managers who can take complete ownership of growth for one of

our programs. This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you will own the entire marketing funnel from creating awareness and generating leads to nurturing prospects and driving applications and enrollments. You will work closely with a small team, faculty and program leaders to build, test and improve growth

initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete growth funnel for your assigned program: awareness, lead generation, nurture,

application and enrollment.
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta and Google.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, creatives and A/B testing.
- Develop and manage organic and content initiatives, including landing pages, email campaigns,

webinars, events and social media.
- Work closely with faculty and program teams to develop relevant messaging and positioning.
- Monitor funnel performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Track and report key metrics such as CAC,



conversion rates, lead quality, and enrollment pipeline.
- Take ownership of weekly performance reporting and continuously optimise campaigns based on data.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing or Demand Generation.

Experience in B2C or prosumer businesses is preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta and Google.
- Solid copywriting and campaign execution skills.

Comfortable working with analytics and CRM tools and interpreting marketing data.
- Ability to identify funnel gaps and take corrective action.
- Demonstrated experience of improving a growth metric through experimentation and optimisation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work hands-on and manage execution independently.
