Job Summary

Instrumentation and Control Solution is looking for an experienced professional to lead and manage Procurement, Stores, Logistics, Finance, and Banking Operations at our Head Office in Indore.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing commercial operations, vendor relationships, inventory, logistics, financial coordination, and banking activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchase operations, including vendor development, negotiation, purchase orders, and cost control.
- Lead stores and inventory management, including stock monitoring, reconciliation, material movement, and inventory optimization.
- Manage logistics and dispatch operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of materials.
- Oversee finance and commercial activities related to procurement, vendor payments, receivables, payables, and cash-flow coordination.




- Handle banking operations, including fund transfers, bank reconciliation, BG/LC and other banking-related activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, transporters, and banking partners.
- Prepare and review MIS, commercial reports, inventory reports, and management dashboards.
- Lead and mentor teams across Procurement, Stores, Logistics, and Commercial functions.
- Coordinate with Projects, Engineering, Accounts, Sales, and Management teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and financial controls.
