Ability to apply CNC electrical, electronics and robotics technology concepts to the maintenance workplace to improve effectiveness of electrical, electronic robotics maintenance activities.
Functional
Core:
- Demonstrates advanced technical knowledge of more than one trade area( eg: mechanical, electrical, electronic, robotics) and oversee multiple incidents & repair activities involving upgradation of equipments, process.
- Ability in improving maintenance operations along with Troubleshooting, Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance
- Ability in Maintenance & troubleshooting of CNC machines like DMG MORI, Makino, Mazak, BFW, Doosan, ELB, Kent, Fanuc Robodrill, Hwachion, Juaristi, Hurco, Imeca, Sugami, Paragon,
- Ability to work and hands on experience of Servo Motor replacement with drive , Testing of servo motors & drive on separate testing panel, Spindle motor, Servo motor parameter setting and enabling, zero referencing etc.
- Ability to work on various controller Likes Fanuc controller, Siemens controller, SYNTEC CNC controller
- Ability to Work on Various VFDs like Siemens, Mitsubhishi, Yaskawa, Toshiba, ABB, Telemech etc.
- Ability to work on Fanuc 200Di MET and Mitsubishi RV-CR Robots troubleshooting, manual operation, position teaching
- Ability to Work on PLC and Automation- Siemens, Mitsubishi , FUJI, SYNTEC, BACKOFF
- Ability to develop and implement new PLC programs, HMI interfaces, and Servo Drive configurations tailored for automotive and industrial applications to enhance automation and process control for LCA (Low cost automation)
- Ability to Work on Motion Controller, PLC, Servo Drive and Servomotor, Induction Drives and other related Components. Handling the Servo Solutions to specific applications through the AC/DC servomotors and Servo Drives. Study of Special purpose applications. Testing and Troubleshooting of servomotor.
- Ability to work on Plating Scada system Wintek and advance
