Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out market research to continually discover need gaps that are valuable and lying unaddressed.

• Present the market opportunity, along with competitive differentiators, to management for possible

enhancement of a product line.

• Identify the attributes customers value, rank these for competing and Innoviti products, and build a

roadmap accordingly.

• Modify the value proposition to reflect the prospect identified.

• Define metrics and targets for the product including market share, revenue, and gross margin —

and put in place a plan to achieve them.

• Identify the various users of the product (in market and internal teams); visualize a day-in-the-life

calendar for each and work with the product design team to create user stories.

• Participate in daily stand-ups with the engineering and product design teams to evaluate the product

experience as it evolves, providing market feedback.

• Own the pricing and packaging strategy, getting it approved through the Finance department.





• Identify and continuously eliminate barriers to product adoption — awareness, legal, regulatory,

training, and customer usage.

• Build the go-to-market plan for awareness, consideration, and conversion, including the path-to

purchase, in coordination with the digital marketing operations team.

• Define GTM strategies to acquire customers and drive adoption — association events, seminars, in

field activities, ATL/BTL, and digital marketing promotions.

• Provide content guidelines and prepare content to shift user mindset at each stage of the path to

purchase, working with the content and design teams to finalize creative.

• Present ROI on planned versus executed GTM strategies to management on a regular (weekly) basis.

• Create and run promotions to boost usage, tracking the promotions budget and plan and adjusting it

as needed.

• Provide/arrange training for the field and inside sales teams.
