Job Description: We are hiring the International Chat at [24]7.ai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through Chats and other electronic communications and driving sales by promoting products/services and achieving sales targets.
Skills Required:
- Robust verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle inbound customer queries effectively by understanding customer concerns and providing suitable resolutions.
- Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
- Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
- Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7).
Job Details:
- Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
- 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs.
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
- Must be flexible to work from the office.
- Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company's requirements.
Salary:
- Chat Full-time Salary : 15k (take-home after deductions
- DOJ - 27th Aug 2026
- Chat Fixed time Salary : 15k (take-home after deductions)
- FTH -The fixed working will be for a period of 3-4 months, and it is a hybrid process, with a combination of work from home and work from office. During work, you will be provided with two systems and an internet connection.
- You will also be eligible for a retention bonus of5000 rupees for each month of the contract. Which will be credited upon the completion of your contract.
DOJ - 2nd week of Sept 2026
