Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SketchUp 3D Architectural Modeller to join our team. The

ideal candidate should have experience in architectural 3D modeling, a strong understanding of design

principles, and proficiency in SketchUp and related visualization tools. You will be responsible for

creating high-quality 3D models for architectural projects, including residential, commercial, and interior

spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate and detailed 3D architectural models using SketchUp based on provided drawings, sketches, and specifications.
- Create visualizations, views, and walkthroughs for presentations and client approvals.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project teams to understand project requirements and design intent.
- Ensure that 3D models are developed to the required level of detail and accuracy.
- Modify and update models based on client or design team feedback.




- Coordinate with other team members to integrate structural, MEP, and interior elements intothe model.
- Manage and organize project files, textures, and references efficiently.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a 3D Modeller, preferably in the architectural field.
- Proficient in SketchUp; knowledge of other tools like Lumion, V-Ray, AutoCAD, 3D Max or Revitis an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of architectural design, construction elements, and detailing.
- Ability to interpret 2D drawings and convert them into precise 3D models.
- Good visualization, presentation, and rendering skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
