About the Role

We’re looking for an SEO Team Lead to manage our SEO team and drive SEO, AEO & GEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team.

* Plan and execute SEO, AEO & GEO strategies.

* Manage projects, timelines, tasks, and team deliverables.

* Delegate work and monitor team performance.

* Oversee technical, on-page, off-page, and content SEO.

* Track performance, rankings, traffic, and conversions.

* Coordinate with content, development, and marketing teams.

* Stay updated with Google algorithms and AI search trends.

Requirements

* 3 years of SEO experience with team/project management exposure.

* Robust knowledge of **SEO, AEO & GEO**.

* Experience with **GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools**.

* Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
