Product Manager – Platform Risk & Governance
- Define and manage the governance framework for the FYN platform, ensuring adherence to Regulatory Policy, Organizational policies and Industry Standards.
- Track regulatory requirements and coordinate timely implementation of applicable changes across the platform.
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Legal, and Operations teams to identify, assess, and mitigate platform risks.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, manage audit observations, and ensure timely closure of action items.
- Own and maintain platform documentation, including policies, BRDs, SOPs, process flows, governance artefacts, and operating guidelines.

Monitor governance, compliance, and operational KPIs, recommending corrective and preventive actions.




- 6-8years of experience in Digital Banking, Corporate Banking, Product Management, Business Analysis, Risk, or Governance.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations, operational risk, compliance, audit, and governance frameworks.
- Experience in process design, policy formulation, documentation, and control management.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit.
