Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for supporting healthcare payer operations, including member enrollment, premium billing and payment application, provider demographic data updates, and core medical claims processing. The role also involves handling customer service activities and resolving provider and member inquiries.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of healthcare/insurance processes is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer and MS Office skills.
- Ability to work in a shift-based setting.
- Candidates must be flexible to work in either of the specified shifts.
