- Drive the Director safely to office, meetings, business appointments, airport, and other destinations.
- Maintain punctuality and ensure timely arrival at scheduled locations.
- Maintain the vehicle in clean and good working condition.
- Conduct regular checks of fuel, tyres, oil, and other basic vehicle requirements.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance, and pollution/fitness documentation.
- Follow all traffic rules and maintain secure driving practices.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the Director's travel schedules and official matters.
- Plan routes considering traffic and road conditions.
- Be available for flexible working hours as required by the Director.
- Maintain proper records of vehicle expenses, fuel, servicing,
and other related activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Valid LMV Driving Licence.
- 310 years of professional driving experience.
- Previous experience as Personal Driver / Corporate Driver / Driver to Senior Management preferred.
- Good knowledge of Delhi NCR routes.
- Familiarity with Google Maps/navigation.
- Clean driving record and good driving skills.
- Good communication and professional behaviour.
- Should be trustworthy, punctual, well-mannered, and presentable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
