We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager / E-commerce Lead to take ownership of the company's online trading channels, customer web portals, and ordering platforms.

The role will be responsible for the end-to-end e-commerce journey, including online merchandising, product management, pricing, promotions, customer experience, checkout, order fulfilment integration, and post-sale experience.

The ideal candidate should have robust commercial and technical understanding of e-commerce and be comfortable working cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and external technology partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the e-commerce strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day management of online platforms and customer portals.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and online merchandising to improve conversion and average order value.
- Monitor and optimise the complete online customer journey, including navigation, checkout, and mobile experience.
- Work closely with IT to ensure effective integration between e-commerce platforms, ERP,



and warehouse/fulfilment systems.
- Monitor online sales, traffic, conversion, order volumes, and customer behaviour and use data to drive trading decisions.
- Manage SEO, on-site search, content, and product data across customer-facing digital channels.
- Plan and execute digital trading calendars, promotional campaigns, and online product launches.
- Manage relationships with e-commerce platform vendors, payment providers, digital agencies, and other third-party partners.
- Oversee corporate/customer account onboarding and portal access.
- Identify and resolve e-commerce incidents, technical issues, and customer-impacting problems.
- Ensure the e-commerce platform meets relevant security, accessibility, and data protection requirements.
- Work with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for online revenue growth and continuous improvement.
