Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and the OT team during surgical procedures.
- Ensure proper preparation and maintenance of the operation theatre.
- Maintain aseptic techniques and infection-control standards.
- Handle surgical instruments and equipment efficiently.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare staff.
- Maintain OT records and ensure patient safety.
Requirements:
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
- Valid Kerala Nursing Council registration
- Relevant experience in Operation Theatre preferred
- Positive communication and teamwork skills
