About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and business growth. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, providing product guidance and converting leads into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage and convert potential customers.
- Manage leads, follow-ups and sales pipelines.
- Conduct product discussions and consultations with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with Operations, Credit and Customer Support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
What Were Looking For
- 03 years of experience in Sales,
BFSI, FinTech, Lending or Financial Services.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive and result-driven approach.
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and computer applications.
- Candidates currently based in Bangalore are preferred.
